How to read music: a few tips for beginning musicians

In the second case, on the contrary, it is necessary to achieve smoothness.

Typically, the necessary tempo is indicated at the very beginning of the work (for example, Adagio is "slow", Moderato is "moderately", Allegro is "soon", etc.).
