  2. Push ups. Unprepared young ladies will be very difficult, so you can start with push-ups, kneeling. Try to do 3 sets of 15 times.
  3. The rise of the "triangle". Sit on the floor. Put your hands behind you, lean them on the floor. Put your feet on the floor.Then tear the buttocks off the floor, try to make the body look like one straight line at the end point, and the gap between the body, the floor and the hands resemble a triangle. Exercise repeat 15 times.
  4. Push-ups from the wall. Lean your hands on the wall. Keep your arms at chest level. Perform 50 push-ups from the wall, gradually increase their number.
  5. Standing straight and hands squeeze in front of the chest, press for 30 seconds. Repeat several times.

Exercises with dumbbells:

  1. We take the dumbbell in one hand, turn the palm side of the palm up and bend and unbend it. So you need to do about 30 times. We do the same with the second hand, also 30 times.
  2. Breeding hands with dumbbells while lying on your back or standing. Various variations of this simple movement can involve the muscles of the shoulders, back, chest muscles, so it should be present in almost every session.
  3. Stand straight, feet shoulder-width apart, arms with dumbbells lowered down. Then raise your outstretched arms forward, stay in that position for 5 seconds and return to the starting position. Make 10 such repetitions.

  5. The legs are shoulder-width apart, the arms are down.On the count of 3, bend your elbows so that the dumbbells are near your shoulders. At score 6, return to the starting position. Perform 15 arm lifts.
