Ingredients:

  • egg - 1 piece;
  • onion - 1 pc;
  • sour cream - 5 tablespoons;
  • milk - 150 g;
  • salt and spices to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the liver. Remove the film from it, remove the bile ducts (they look like holes). Rinse the liver well. Cut into small blocks in the form of rectangles. Salt and roll it in spices.
  2. Whisk the milk with the egg blender. Soak in the resulting sauce liver for 30 minutes.

Preparation:

  1. Remove the film from the liver, cut out rough streaks, rinse it. cut into portions and pour in milk for 1.5 hours.
  2. Cut the onion into thin half rings. Lubricate the bowl of the multivark with vegetable oil and fry the onion on the "frying" mode for 7 minutes.
  3. To the onions, place the liver, mix everything and set again the "frying" mode for 7 minutes.
  4. Mix sour cream with mustard and flour. Add this sauce to the multivark. Also pour a little hot boiled water. Salt and pepper. Set the extinguishing mode to 40 minutes.
