How to achieve repair and control it
Domkom, as the representative body of all residents of the house, God himself ordered to fight for the allocation of funds from the budget for the repair of the house, or, more simply, for including your house in the city’s so-called title list of repairs. First, for this you need to contact the housing office with a request to draw up an inspection report at home, a defective statement, and, if possible, an estimate of work.
Secondly, using these documents, apply simultaneously to the same statement text (see sample 1):
- in housing office;
- in the district KP ZHREP;
- in the housing management;
- to the commission on housing and communal services of the city council.
As a result, officials of all levels at which a decision is made, affected by your activity, should include your home in the title list of repairs.
Thirdly, even if this activity does not help, experienced people advise writing a complaint addressed to the President of Ukraine, soso that after returning your letter from the Presidential Secretariat with a note of “control” to the municipal office, your house should definitely get into the repair “title”.
Fourthly, the house committee can contact the deputy of the city council assigned to your district to ask for money for repairs also from him. For each deputy, a certain amount is fixed (every year increases) of budgetary funds that he can direct to the needs of the residents of his district, including the repair of houses.
When the long-awaited repairmen came to your house, the house should check the quality of the repairs they carried out. To do this, the house committee must do the following:
First, in writing, contact the city housing department and the housing department with a request about the time when repairs are planned, who and as a result selected by the contractor, what works should be performed and how much.
Secondly, assign a group of public controllers and explain to them what they should fix in the work of repairmen.
Thirdly, if, for example, irregularities or a reduction in the amount of work are identified,immediately draw up an act of identifying violations of the technology of repair work and ask that representatives of the housing department and repairmen put their signatures under it, then be sure to informabout these factsin the burnuil.
Fourth, be sure to attend when signing the final act of acceptance of work performed. If the house has comments, then enter them into the act. If the housing office does not want to give you this opportunity, immediately report violations to the city housing department. The violations documented in the act are a simple and easy opportunity to force the builders to finish the unfinished at their own expense.
