Batkid saves the city

11/15/2013, United States | Yesterday, for several hours, San Francisco turned into Gotham City - a fictional city from the comic book about Batman. The Make-a-Wish Foundation, together with the City Hall, organized the largest theater transformation in the history of San Francisco for the sake of the dream of 5-year-old Miles Scott. The boy is struggling with leukemia, and according to his parents, more than anything, he wanted to become an assistant to the real superhero of Batman. Thanks to thousands of volunteers, including the President of the United States, Miles had a unique chance to prove himself in the fight against crime, albeit fictional. Miles in the Batkid costume rode the streets of the city on a real Batman car, he saved the girl on the tramway rails, freed the talisman of the local baseball team Lou's seal and fought with the insidious villains of the criminal Gotham: Penguin and the cunning provocateur Ridler, who Batd himself personally sent for the criminal villains Gotham: All this happened in the presence of tens of thousands of city dwellers who came to support the superhero's mate.More than 12,000 volunteers took part in the action, a special newspaper was published with a portrait of the city’s savior, a helicopter flying the action was flying in the air.
